First aid
The first aid station situated on the festival site is only available during festival activities! The second first-aid station is located in the 24h-zone and will be manned around the clock! The first-aid stations can be recognised by the large Red Cross flag.

If you need help
Go to one of our first-aid stations or approach one of our first-aid workers on the grounds. If you don’t see anyone, you can always ask someone from security or a police officer. They can reach the Red Cross stations at all times. If you need medical help, there will be doctors and emergency nurses at your disposal.

If you need special medical attention during the festival or if you want us to keep your medication or if you have another medical problem, please contact us in advance at the e-mail address below.
The help of the Red Cross is free of charge. However, special medical interventions like stitches, the administration of special medication, etc. are NOT. Still, the advantage is that you don’t need to go to the hospital for those interventions.

Hospitals and  transport by ambulance
All hospitals in the area have been informed of the festival and will be standing by with extra help. In the vicinity of Dessel, there are several mobile medical intervention teams. If you have to be transported to the hospital by ambulance, you will receive an invoice afterwards, but most health insurances cover this transport. Just check with your medical insurance company.
Most medical insurance plans do not cover transport from the hospital back to the festival grounds. Chances are you will have to pay for that yourself! That’s why it may be a lot cheaper to call a taxi or, better still, have your friends come and pick you up!

General
Make sure you always have a document on you that proves your identity, especially if you have to be admitted to hospital.
A first-aid station is not the place to go to sleep off a hangover, nor do we hand out sun protection products. In the camping shop, you can find all the creams and lotions you need to protect yourself from the sun. The same goes for earplugs, sanitary towels and condoms. You should bring those yourself!

Advice
Be sure to pack some band-aids and painkillers when you leave for the festival. Also bring your medication, sufficient sanitary towels, etc.
Don’t forget to bring your medication!
Remember to pack an ointment for insect bites, it may come in handy.
Finally, we would like you to show some respect for our first-aid workers... we’re there to help you!
Please also respect our vehicles when we are working our way through the crowd. Flashing lights and a siren mean we need to get through quickly. Clear a path immediately because on of you urgently needs our help!
